Terms and Conditions.

Whereby any and all persons or companies (referred to as “Client” here-on-after) wishing to purchase and obtain goods produced by Tidystands, the parties agree as follows:

Client agrees to pay Tidystands in full and in advance for the purchase and for the delivery charges of the required goods.

Client shall take full ownership and responsibility of a newly purchased product upon its delivery to the Client. Once the aforementioned good comes under full ownership of Client , Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Tidystands against any and all claims, damages, or actions arising from Client's possession or use of such goods. Once goods come under full ownership of Client on delivery, Tidystands understands and assumes that Client will perform a suitable risk assessment for the use of each purchased good, including its location and environment, and adheres to it.

Tidystands must be advised by email or telephone of any damage to goods before 11:00 AM on the day after delivery. Damaged goods and/or film wrapping or cartons must be noted on delivery note of shipping company if one has been used. If there appears to be no apparent damage, the carriers consignment note must be signed as 'not examined', otherwise any damage subsequently discovered will be Client's responsibility, as will the cost to rectify the product.

 

Our products carry a 1 year limited warranty on the wood, plastics and aluminium composites and printed vinyl, and are subject to fair wear and tear. Proper installation and use must take place from delivery of the product and from there-on. Client is warned that our products, except for our Outsider Stands, are for indoor use only and must be kept away from water and extreme temperatures at all times.

It is essential that Client keeps record of purchase to ensure that the product is still under its original warranty, up to one year from the date of purchase.

 

No goods will be supplied on a sale and return basis by Tidystands. No goods will be accepted for returned without prior consent by Tidystands and accompanied by a goods return note.

Any cancelled order of standard product accepted back by Tidystands is subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

Tidystands will always provide a proof for the artwork for the Client to assess and confirm satisfaction with colors and graphics to be used on product branding and Tidystands will not deliver the product until Client has given a final approval of artwork. Tidystands cannot be responsible for variations in colours from screens to print.

 

Tidystands reserves the right to change material and specifications without prior notice. This is normally to cater for advancements in redesign, components or materials.
